Position Title: Retail Keyholder- Benefit Eligible

External Description:

We are searching for a qualified key holder to work in our Santa Barbara, CA CI flagship store. This position is responsible for maintaining customer service standards and complying with all CI procedures in meeting sales goals and protecting company assets. The position is also responsible for supporting management and staff in the implementation of promotions, visuals, store maintenance, opening/closing procedures and all other sales functions. Ability to operate a Windows based cash register system necessary. Successful candidates will have 1-3 years retail experience, be out-going and energetic, and possess excellent communication and customer service skills. A strong background and knowledge of surfing products and their application is required.
